  Benefits of Membership

The Membership deposit for Full Golf, Provisional, Sports, Athletic and Social Membership is 100% refundable to the Initial Membership. The exception is the Athletic (Manor) Membership that is part of the residential purchase.
All Memberships have family privileges.
The Club will have a full calendar of year-round events and programming.
On-site financing will be available for invitees of The Manor. Members are guaranteed against any capital or operational assessment.
Guests will be welcomed when accompanied by a Member. If a guest ia a houseguest, they may apply for a houseguest privilege card.
Property owners in The Manor will enjoy transferability privileges.
An active Advisory Board of Governors will assist in shaping the Club to the needs of its Members.
Club Committees allow Members to help tailor the programmng to fit the Members' needs.
